Managing Member
Solomon Floyd is a veteran of the US Air Force and is entrepreneurially focused on building opportunities for underprivileged military and tertiary communities. As the managing member of the RVPP Fund, Solomon has built a portfolio that focuses on the development of housing, commercial property, and infrastructure and the promotion of small business opportunities for those who would not otherwise have them. With such a dedication to putting America back to work, he has built programs that not only train the workforce but prepare them for the challenges that face their tertiary economy. Many of our investors have been part of amazing projects that focus on need-based investing, reducing risk, and increasing project success. Solomon asserts that the affluent members of society bear the obligation to utilize government resources in order to construct the most essential infrastructure through collaborations between private and public entities. By fostering collaboration and promoting openness, we have the potential to drive the progress of our nation and mitigate the marginalization of individuals.

Before any cash leaves the RVPP account to be invested, it is placed into a Certificate of Deposit to secure all investors principal. These CDs are then matched by our banks with a Dollar for Dollar line of credit. This is secured by the CD and our real estate portfolio.
Our Foundation
Our real estate portfolio, which is made up of only totally owned properties, focuses on low-hazard markets. These include communities that are part of the military, as well as federal prisons and hospitals. This is the cornerstone of our fund as well as the primary source of income.
Diversification
RVPPs access to secondary, stable streams of income are thanks to the investments we have made in other Funds and REITs. Providing us with the concentration necessary to invest strategically and effectively manage our operations.
Building Reserves
45% of excess profits are placed into our options contract trading platform and a SPAX account. These will grow cash by roughly 1.5% per week, giving us a stable platform to grow reserves. This stable platform allows us to effectively manage risk and generate consistent returns for our investors. Additionally, our referral program offers incentives for clients who refer new investors, further enhancing the growth potential of our investment strategy.
